Our Process
- Once we receive your online complaint about the product.
- Our Customer Service Team shall contact you and schedule onsite visit with one of our highly skilled Technicians.
- Our Technician shall visit the site on scheduled day and inspect the product.
- In most cases the issue will be resolved onsite, however in some cases product may have to be brought back to our Service Center for the repair.
- Once the product is fixed it is installed back in fully working condition.
- Our Customer Service team shall contact you get your feedback about the service and satisfaction level, hoping we have served you at best.
